2. planning phase
Starting with your insight, I'll make a list of all staff that will be there the day of the photo session to make sure that we don't overlook anyone! Then, I'll talk with you about the nitty gritty of your business. What makes you special? What is your company's culture? What is it that you want to show your consumers? Your goals are my goals. I'm here to help!
Need a quick update in my studio? I got you covered. Ten minutes is all I need to work some magic!
3. day of the session
The day is finally here! I'll show up to your business with cameras and lighting equipment. I start with the professional headshots of each employee, can do a big group photo if space and employee availability allow. The Weatherford Studio is available too if you need a quick update for yourself!
I'll guide you through every step of the day. From posing to setups, I'll make sure everything is taken care of.
4. view your images
Within 24 hours, you will receive an email from me with your proofing images! This is where the real magic happens. Proofs are unedited versions of your potential selections. You get to look through and choose the headshots you'd like for you or your staff.
If you have any questions, I am one email away! No question is silly, I'm here to help you through the process.
5. final delivery
After you have selected your final images from the proofing gallery, I will go back and edit those images fully. Within two weeks, another gallery will be sent your email with your high resolution and website resolution photos, ready to share with staff members and consumers alike.
That's it! It's just that simple. If you need assistance with anything else, I am always just an email away.
